i wish the room is bigger the room size is way too small. there’s no space to open a large luggage. the location is really good. it’s in koreantown and super close to subway and bus.

Great for families touring NYC. The facilities are I would say, bare minimum. A room fridge costs an extra $20, and no one could verify the rooms amenities over the phone good lord. The saving grace was the ice machine, which one was broken of the 2. The hot water took approximately 20 mins to warm up, not hot, warm. The room was small, we could actually hear doors like 2 rooms down opening and closing. There was a table but for 2 adults, additional seating would've been a big plus. Great value I wish beds were comfortable. The bed is too soft and you start falling through a bit. Pillows are very flat and at least one additional pillow would be much better! The location is as good as it gets, steps away from everywhere and major subway hub. It's budget friendly and this is my 8th stay here.
