Excellent central location with spacious rooms and friendly staff The location is great as it is in walking distance from Penn Station with lots of shops and restaurants in every direction, with the 34th Street subway stop a few blocks away and the Empire State Building a block away and being in Koreatown there are tons of Korean restaurants. Hotel muy bien ubicado pero ruidoso Las puertas para entrar a las habitaciones se cierran solas y de golpe por lo que los ruidos de portazos son muy muy molestos. La calle es muy ruidosa ya que se junta mucha gente en los pubs coreanos de afuera del hotel. La ubicación es excelente, al lado del metro y de buen comercio. El personal muy dispuesto a ayudar en todo.

Wonderful Towels were changed on 4th day of my stay. Noise from outside (air-conditioning), bath. Location, bed, air-conditioning the best, reception was helpful.

Pleasant The linens and the towels were spotty, hairs in the bed. We changed our room for this instance. The rooms are quite old. NO FRIDGE in the rooms. The only good think with this hotel is its location. They don't keep the luggages for hours either. Definitely I will not stay there again. Location only
