Good location close to the Empire State. We didn't have internet connection for hours a couple of days; the elevators are very slow and during rush hours it takes a while to move up or down, (housekeeping is also using the same elevators what makes it worst. Very good location, close to the Empire State Building and Macys. A lot of Korean restaurants in the same street. The room is very confortable and the breakfast is a plus.
Good The room was at the ‘back’ af the hotel where we could here the airconditioning vents. outside all the time. Annoying at night. The location was excellent. Smack in the middle of Manhatten so walking distance to up/downtown (providing you like walking!)
Good size of bathroom and most of all no banisters to exit the hotel to street . Senior citizen & found it dangerous . For that reason would not stay there again. Staff absolutely terrific ! Clean ,well set up

Staff was very nice. The rooms were clean and it was a good experience The location was great. Close to all the sights we wanted to see.
We were pleased with our stay and a short walk to train to continue our vacation. The location was great for sightseeing and close to train station.
Location perfect for Midtown, comfortable beds and decent price Plastic breakfast. Location, price, comfort of bedrooms.
