Small room but great service Room was extremely small but that's usual for a hotel in NYC Location was convenient. Also bed was comfortable and the staff was incredibly nice.
Good Matress was very soft, what can cause pain in the backs. The building is very close to the ESB, and to a subway station.

Good hotel Avoid the 14th floor (lack of bar and ventilation). Only cold breakfast and no ham or any kind of salami. Daily cleaning, good breakfast. Friendly staff. We've changed the room without any problems or overcharging costs. Very good position, close to subway station. Good Wi-Fi in the room.
Convenient, affordable and cozy. The options for breakfast could be better, but since it's free I can't really complain. One thing I really did not like is the fact that there is a big window in the bathroom. The window was "tinted" but it did not have curtains or blinds. There were stairs outside the window also which meant the window was easily accessible.
