Great sleep... great location... great service.. In order for our shower to be hot we had to leave the water running on the sink and in the shower for 5 minutes before getting in and even when you were in the shower you had to leave the sink water running. Concierge was not good.. told us to go to barilla restaurants.. that was not good. The complimentary breakfast also could have been a little better. Beds were amazing! Best sleep that I have ever gotten at a hotel. Staff was very friendly!

Pluses and minuses They used cheap toiletries. Shampoo with conditioner in it, yuck, never works. Didn't like that the fan and light in bathroom were attached and didn't operate independently. Couldn't stand the noise of the city street from our room. Didn't get much sleep; sirens and partying kept us up and interrupted sleep. Bed was comfortable though. The location is great. Wonderful We consulted once with the concierge who had poor knowledge and provided incorrect information. A great hotel at a great location. Very close to public transport. Excellent value for money. Staff very friendly and eager to assist.

Wonderful O café da manhã poderia ter mais opções de frutas. A localização é perfeita, permitindo fácil acesso às principais atrações de NY, além de haver um excelente comércio no entorno. O quarto tem um bom tamanho, todos os funcionários são atenciosos e o café da manhã é suficiente para começar o dia.
