Awesome place to stay for a Midtown location! Evening Staff was less knowledgable and prepared than expected. Needed a little more training in Customer Service. Asked for Directions. Rather than Looking, they said they didn't know where it was! Could have been a better experience. The bed was Great, Everything was very clean, location was exceptional, Bathroom was nice. Would definitely recommend to anyone going to NYC!
Great location, comfortable, even with not-so-friendly staff. Front desk and bellman were less than friendly, though nothing offensive, just not so customer oriented. A lot of plastic and paper are thrown into the garbage as breakfast is served on disposable, styrofoam plates with plastic silverware and paper cups. The location and facilities were great, the chambermaid was nice, Parking was super convenient and we would stay here again, even if the elevator will NOT break any speed records.
Exceptional Breakfast is not so desirable but good enough to hold you at the start of the day. Needs improvement in that area. Pls add half and half or regular milk in the menu. Spacious room, clean and great location. This hotel will always be in my list of places to stay in NYC. In fact we are booking for a room again today. I hope our room will just be as good as the one we just recently had.

Excelente ubicación a buen precio El aire acondicionado hacia un ruido infernal que hacía difícil dormir, suerte que llegábamos cansados pero sonaba mucho. La habitación interior solo permitía ver un patio interior pequeño, pero no llegaba ruido de la calle que parecía un concierto de bocinas. El baño tiene un extractor que se enciende con la luz y también muy ruidoso, hasta el punto de no poder hablar; optábamos por usar el baño con la luz de la habitación, pero no siempre es posible. Great location and great place
Buena ubicación pero solo lo recomiendo en caso de buena oferta La habitación extremadamente ruidosa a pesar de ser interior y en la planta 5. Daba al interior a una zona donde se encuentran los compresores de los aires acondicionados, así que había un zumbido constante. Para colmo, en esa misma parte interior había obras todos los días empezando a las 7.30am! Taladros, martillazos y radiales sonando en armonía...
