Great location, centrally located to all the NY attractions. Our room was very small (only 1 nightstand) and very dark. We really needed more lights! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Beds super comfy! The continental breakfast was the usual, bagels super fresh!

Modern large rooms with very friendly staff and a perfect location. The lifts were very slow and the rooftop bar very expensive. Location was perfect for both walking and subway travel.

Overall excellent - would return without hesitation. Breakfast selections were quite limited, insufficient creamer for coffee, tightly packed room, crowded on a Sunday morning, was difficult to get what I wanted without being shoved aside. Toaster didn't work well. Unfamiliar with NYC, I did not know what to expect. In fact, the location of the hotel was ideal for my business, the rates were very affordable, the accommodations better than expected, and the staff friendly and helpful. Great location, staff were friendly and helpful, and recommended good restaurant nearby. Can't complain about anything. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable and the location close to Penn Station was great.

Disappointing Une chambre pour 4 très petite. Des petits déjeuners médiocres avec des couverts et de la vaisselle en plastique jetable... du jamais vu!!! L'emplacement
I guess it was OK, but I would not stay here again. The door to my room did not close tightly. Door to room didn't fully close ... there was a gap all around the door which meant the door opened & closed slightly whenever anyone else opened a nearby door to their room. Also added to noise. I could hear my neighbors.
