Enjoyable The staff were wonderful except for the concierge that we dealt with Friday ( Oct 27) morning when booking our shuttle ride to the air port --- very abrupt and unfriendly -- we were made to feel that we were interrupting his computer time Great location-- Easy access to main attractions-- very clean
Exceptional A little hot breakfast would have been good. Clean rooms, good beds, fabulous location and most of all the best roof top bar view!
Excellwnt short stay hotel except for noise. Noise,noise , NOISE. What a shame that an otherwise excellent stay was blighted by noise! Our room was at the front of the hotel and it was almost impossible to sleep, particularly on the Saturday night. Lots of young people singing and shouting, sirens wailing, construction work; the final straw was a saxophonist who decided that 4:00 was the perfect time to entertain the nocturnal residents of The Big Apple! Very Good Would have like healthier choices on the breakfast buffet. Great location though late at night it seemed a little dodgy. It was very easy to find because very near the Empire State building. Nice roof-top bar with a good view.
Amazing Nothing Staff were Amazing, free tea and Coffee 24 hours, seeing empire state building all lit up from roof bar
