Un lugar conveniente en el centro de Manhattan. Estabamos en la planta 12 y justo encima hay un bar terraza. A veces se oían voces y trasiego de gente. Algo de ruido de la máquina de hielo. La limpieza la hacen muy tarde, por lo que un par de días que volviamos a descansar después de comer, la habitación no estaba hecha y ya al estar ocupada por nosotros no la hacían. Comfy rooms, but very small. Not much of a window view of anything. Room was very small. Fast and easy check in. Clean room
Great location for MSG Breakfast Location
Okay I had to pay an extra 15 dollars per night for my husband because the front desk said I had booked the room for one person. The elevators are terrible very very slow. The location is wonderful and we enjoy the roof top bar

Pleasant Room was very dark and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Hotel staff were helpful and welcoming.
Exceptional O hotel tem apenas 2 elevadores e, por vezes, o tempo de espera é um pouco longo. Ter Cafeina da manhã, apesar de simples e com poucas opções, faz o hotel ter um custo benefício ainda maior.
Exceptional Breakfast was convenient and good selections. Housekeeping staff, especially Irene was extremely friendly and helpful.
