Great location Having breakfast was great before heading out for the day. The bed was so comfortable.Roof top bar for happy hour ,right under the Empire State Building .

Clean room but noisy AC The climate control was terribly noisy and kept me from having a good night's sleep. This never happened at earlier stays. The hotel is located in "Korea town" with many small eateries in the same block. This provides safety but the trash in the gutter is not what you want to face when going out the next morning. I knew this hotel from several previous visits and chose it because of its location and being new the hotel is in good standard. Easy check in and check out. Friendly staff.
Very Good
Good The lobby downstairs bathroom was a mess. When we went to retrieve our luggage from the holding room the clerk had an attitude and was sarcastic. Front desk clerk friendly and helpful. Checking in was easy. Room was comfortable and clean.
Exceptional
Excellent a lot of noise, people voices ,car horns , it sounded like a lot of partying in the street and sidewalk all night long.
