Convenient and clean The breakfast! Disappointing! The place was crowded and there wasn't much left but I found there wasn't much to start with anyways! No eggs, no pastries, no variety in drinks. None of us had breakfast during our stay! Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Location in Korea way which was awesome!
had a great time hotel was nice to come back to after a long day, and have a long soak in the bath aircon was very noisy, rooftop bar very expensive and not much choice of drinks the beds were very comfy, maids kept rooms spotless, fresh towels everyday.

Great Value ! Nothing. It was great! Everything I think was superb. Upon arriving on 30 Oct the guy at concierge wasn’t the friendliest making us feel welcome as this was my first time in New York. But I didn’t let that get me down. This is a very nice hotel. It was worth the money. We were happy. Before booking this hotel and reading the reviews.
