位置好, 交通便利, 同街有超市很方便 地下室號稱24小時提供飲品但品質不佳, 房務人員未補齊備品導致短缺洗髮精沐浴乳, 另外電梯不該一度兩台同時維修造成極大不便, 旅館外觀整修也應於訂房網站告知 房間還算寬敞可平放兩個攤開大行李箱, 房間乾淨安靜
Hotel in ottima posizione vicino Penn Station ed Empire State Building. Personale un po scortese Personale alla reception molto scortese. All'arrivo non ci hanno fornito le informazioni che chiedevamo per non creare la coda ... ma non c'era nessuno in coda dietro di noi. La mattina l'ascensore creava un po di coda. We had a fantastic holiday made all the better with this gem of a hotel. I don't think anything could have been better. The location was central, the room was spotless with the added bonus of a safe. We looked out onto the Empire State Building although the view was limited. The staff could not have been more courteous and helpful, I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.
Very Good Man at the front desk charged me an extra fee by accident and refused to fix my bill. His attitude really stunk! Other than that everything else was good, very much worth your money.

Wonderful staff and location. I will be back. Hallways were somewhat noisy and no refrigerator in room. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
Good The breakfast consisted of cornflakes,branflakes, tea coffee, bananas, apples, yogurt, boiled eggs, bread, mixture of cakes and bagels. Only disposable bowls , cups, plates, along with plastic knives, forks and spoons, not good for the environment. Within easy reach of shopping centers, restaurants, Penn Station, and loads of museums.
Disappointing hotel for the price. The hotel was under scaffolding so nothing like the picture advertised! The area was surrounded by Ethnic restaurants, consequently there were always bags of smelly rubbish to negotiate. I felt the rooms were spacious but a bit dingy and noisy. It was a fairly central position.
Great time Room was a little too small but that's to be expected in NYC The hotel was really clean and In a great location.
