Ehh ok for last minute stay Room was tiny, pictures made it seem bigger. Water would not get hot, cold showers are not fun! And bed was hard as a rock and pillows were way to soft. Breakfast was great and staff was nice when you could get a hold of them

Excellent starting point for your daily explorations of the city ! There was an issue with the boiler and we had no hot water for two days. We reported this and staff was not very friendly, however we did get a discount on the room for the remaining nights. The central location of the hotel in the Manhattan area is a big advantage. Very good beds, ask for a room at the back of the hotel as these are less noisy. Hotel is clean, breakfast is good.

Perfect stay for vacay! The view and that there's no microwave or fridge in the room; had to go downstairs to warm food. The bed felt like heaven, didn't want to get up.
