היה כיף גדול. ארוחת בוקר מגוונת בשירות עצמי כוללת גבינת שמנת, בייגל, טוסטים ,יוגורט, ביצים קשות, פירות ודגנים עם חלב ומיני מאפה. המיקום פנטסטי ומאפשר הגעה ברגל למקומות מרכזיים כגון אמפייר סטרייט בילדינג, טיים סקוור , פן סטיישין, גרנד סנטרל, הייליין. ועוד. שירות אדיב בקבלה. עזרה בסחיבת המזוודות ובהזמנת מוניות. שירות עצמי 24/7 של קפה ותה ומים חינם. בקומה ה 14 , גג המלון פעיל בר משקאות בשעות אחהצ עד הלילה עם תצפית מדהימה לאמפייר. מול המלון נמצא סופר מרקט אסיאתי עשיר במוצריו.
New York c'est magique L'hôtel est sinistre, les chambres sont sombres particulièrement celles qui donnent sur la cour intérieure cernée par les buildings (mais nous sommes à NYC!) lors de notre sejour l'hôtel était en ravalement c'est vraiment pas top. La rue est encombrée le soir par les poubelles des restaurants... La situation géographique adossé à l'Empire State Building, pas très loin non plus de Times, Union Square etc ...le plus un roof sympa avec une vue imprenable sur l'ESB la nuit !!!
Fair Lo reserve solo una noche por que salia el vuelo desde NY y cuando llego al hotel mi hija le informa que la reserva se cayo y no tenia reservado el hotel. Con poca amabilidad y quejandose mi hija se soluciono dandole una habitacion. Buena ubicacion.

Disappointing Breakfast Very poor breakfast for such an expensive room Location
Good option for short staying with simple clean room and many attractions nearby and bed: mattress was very very soft Complimentary breakfast was suprising - not only coffee/tea, but flakes, eggs, toasts and muffins. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate from automat machine are free and available any time.

Awsome location, location of room not so much Problems with the wifi (but was solved). My room was on a lower floor with windows towards a small backyard therefore there was not a lot of light. Even during the day it was dark in the room. My room was also opposite the elevator and I could hear the beep it makes everytime it passes by (also heard the noise of the people waiting for the elevator).
