I liked the location but would prefer to choose elsewhere next time. Staff are not very attentive. The first lady who attended me I met when I arrived was almost rude, speaking to me like she was scolding me and giving me orders. Value for the location was good. Housekeeping staff are doing a great job.
Perfetto Molto comodo, in pieno centro, camera un po' piccola ma pulitissima e letto molto comodo.
We had a pleasant day we even enjoyed the roof top. There was nothing I didn't like . Staff was friendly and very helpful.
For the price and location and free breakfast we were more than satisfied This is an older refurbished building that might be showing its age somewhat but for location and price and friendly staff I would return there. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to everything. Having breakfast there was an extra plus since it saved lots of time and the choices were very adequate. Overall. Very good No fridges in room The location
Nothing but location, look for a better option Really bad stay, location is good but in a very busy street. There's no ramp and nobody to help with bags and staff was rude from the beggining of check-in until my baggage storage on check-out. Room is very small and even though I've paid for a non-smoking one, smell was so bad that my clothes were smelling like cigarettes after I left. Una settimana a New York Nello staff non c'era nessuno che parlasse italiano, l aria condizionata eccessivamente fredda.. Ottima la posizione, letto comodo, colazione abbondante.
