Great hotel, great service overrall and fab location. The only detractor from this excellent service was one receptionist whom was abrupt, rude and reluctant to assist no matter how small the request might be. I hope the management come to see how she is the only weak link in their high standard of customer service. I will be emailing the hotel directly to give the woman's name. 한인타운 한가운데라 24시간 안전한느낌. 우리방만 그런지 몰라도 라지에이터 소리가 엄청나게 커서 외출시 켜놓고 들어와서는 꺼놓았다. 침대 삐그덕거리는 소리도 좀 불편한감이 있었지만 잠들면 그만이라 이정도는 괜찮다생각한다. INN호텔이라 슬리퍼가없어 챙겨가면 좀 더 편하게 지낼 수 있을거같다. 미드타운에 있어서 어디든 이동하기 편하고 또 한인타운에 있어서 24시간 더 안전한 느낌. 생각보다 좋은 룸컨디션에 만족했다.
