Decent Hotel The continental breakfast was crowded. The rooftop bar was crowded. We stayed on the 3rd floor, road-side. There was a lot of street noise. I liked the size of the room. I've stayed in much smaller rooms in NYC. It was clean. The air conditioning worked well. "Free" wifi. "Free" continental breakfast with fresh bagels. Discounted parking ($40 a day). Walking distance to shows, restaurants, stores, bars, etc.

Walk to the Theater District You are downtown New York. Be ready for sirens and trash truck noise during the night. It is the location, not La Quinta. The hotel is a good price for Manhattan and you can easily walk to 5th and Broadway.
