Wonderful staff and location. I will be back. Hallways were somewhat noisy and no refrigerator in room. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
Good The breakfast consisted of cornflakes,branflakes, tea coffee, bananas, apples, yogurt, boiled eggs, bread, mixture of cakes and bagels. Only disposable bowls , cups, plates, along with plastic knives, forks and spoons, not good for the environment. Within easy reach of shopping centers, restaurants, Penn Station, and loads of museums.
Disappointing hotel for the price. The hotel was under scaffolding so nothing like the picture advertised! The area was surrounded by Ethnic restaurants, consequently there were always bags of smelly rubbish to negotiate. I felt the rooms were spacious but a bit dingy and noisy. It was a fairly central position.
Great time Room was a little too small but that's to be expected in NYC The hotel was really clean and In a great location.
Good The bed was noisy. We were on the 3rd floor so my kids had a hard time sleeping. Due to people outside singing and caring on. The room was a small and the bathroom. We didn't have room for our personal items. there was not much security there. People could just walk off the street and go the rooms or even take the stairs. My truck was brought back to me in a timely manner. the check in and out was prompt. my kids liked the little breakfast area.
Eerlijke voorlichting graag! Er was mij verzekerd dat het hotel toegankelijk was voor scootmobielen. Maar ik moest iedere keer dat ik erin of eruit wilde een conciërge zoeken om een traplift te bedienen. Ook kreeg ik pas een aangepaste kamer toen ik ging klagen over een onveilige douche. Het hotel was keurig schoon, en als bv de airconditioning kapot ging, werd die snel gerepareerd.

Love this hotel The second you step outside the hotel it smell like garbage Beds were very comfortable rooms nice and cool also clean,staff is great.great choice of breakfast.bathroom were clean
Exceptional Couple of blocks to Penn Station, MSG, great location, friendly staff, very accommodating.
