Excellent La atencion de los botones (la gente que transportaba el equipaje) fue de terror. Siempre con mala cara, no queriendo ayudar y solicitando propinas. Lo unico malo. El hotel estaba muy bien ubicado! El lobby muy lindo y la habitacion muy comoda! La gente de ma recepcion siempre estaba dispuesta a ayudsr y con una sonrisa! El desayuno super completo!
Buena relación calidad-precio La cama, era muy blanda y se hacía difícil dormir. Está muy bien comunicado y la relación calidad-precio es excelente. Es un hotel muy correcto si lo que quieres es hacer turismo por New York.
Good location. Sink was clogged. Concierge was not knowledgable. Asked her what time box office for a show opened. She didn't know and didn't offer to look it up. Baggage guy was very nice. Location was great. Breakfast was included and was very good. Overnight parking was very convenient and reasonable in price

Decent for 1 night stay This was a wheelchair accessible room right next to the elevator so a bit adventurous taking a shower and falling asleep through the "ding sounds" of the elevator. The location within midtown Manhattan was ideal.
Aanrader voor een bezoek aan New York! Personeel is formeel en niet al te vrolijk, maar niet storend. je leest veel dat het ontbijt matig wordt genoemd, maar het is vooral Amerikaans, ik vond er niets mis mee. Fantastische ligging in midtown Manhattan, met een metro station om de hoek. Zaken als Times Square, Empire State Building en Flat Iron Building liggen op loopafstand. Kamers zijn basic maar meer dan prima, je zult toch grotendeels buiten zijn. Razendsnel wifi en de prijs is voor NY begrippen niet slecht.
