Pleasant Difronte all'ingresso dell'hotel ci sono dei gradini difficili da superare per chi, come me, trasporta un bambino con passeggino... e non c'è da confidare nell'aiuto del personale! Nel cambio della biancheria sono scomparse due T-shirt dalla camera che non è più stato possibile recuperare nonostante le numerose richieste. La strada nella quale è ubicato l'hotel non è tra le più pulite di Manhattan. Ottima posizione per visitare Manhattan. Camere comode e pulizia soddisfacente.
Hôtel trop cher pour la qualité Le personnel du petit déjeuner est peu aimable, un seul ascenseur en service pour la durée du séjour, chambre très mal insonorisee et mam placée, et enfin salle de bain toute petite avec ventilation très bruyante J'ai beaucoup apprécié le l'emplacement proche du métro et des magasins et de l'empire state building
Nice stay with son in nyc Breakfast didn't meet expectation....should be described as continental. Elevator stopped working for two days so we had to walk up 8 floors. No frog in room. Room was dark. Very close to Penn Station. Easy walk to time Square. In the middle of Korea town.

A great time! One of The staff member was rude. Everything.
Stay was good just a couple of things which could of made it better. The lifts were very slow and seem to always miss our floor and either go straight up past it or straight down past it had to wait a couple of times for it to come before we could get in. Tried to take my daughter who is 21 up to the roof to see the view but wasn't allowed in just to look as was told needed ID for her, we did not intend to drink just to look so thought it was a bit harsh because if we had gone the bar and she didn't have ID then she wouldn't... read more

Excelente ubicación No tuvo muy buena disposición de ayudar la persona de recepción y la limpieza de baño era más o menos. También en la noche se siente mucho ruido. Sin duda la ubicación es perfecta,además tiene comodidades tales como wifi,bar piso 14,servicio de computadoras e impresión y guardado de maletas.
