Hôtel à la situation géographique top Le personnel de l'hôtel pas très agréable ( pas tous ) Le concierge aucunement arrangeant et désagréable oh possible ( devoir quitter l'hôtel sans qu'il veuille vous réserver un taxi et galèrer dans NY avec nos valises pendant 40 min pour trouver un taxi merci ) La situation géographique de l'hôtel était parfaite La literie était bonne La propreté de la chambre rien a redire

Excelent A free late check-out. Good location, very good hotel.
Cosy and convenient! Heater was a little loud and made sleeping somewhat difficult. I wish they had a cup in the bathroom sink. No clothesline to hang laundry. Good location - its close to a mall, trainstation, restaurants/cafes and the empire state building. Has all the basic facilities. Friendly staff.

В общем и целом все отлично! Отель мне понравился. Очень близко от Penn Station. Empire State Building и другие достопримечательности буквально в двух шагах. Внимательный и отзывчивый персонал. При заселении попросят предъявить паспорт и карточку, которой планируете расплачиваться. Заселили быстро. Прислали копию счета за проживание. Уехала на сутки раньше чем планировала. Excellent stay for an excellent price. Highly recommend! The hotel didn't really have anything that I didn't like. I do have one suggestion. The Rooftop Bar was wonderful but I would have liked to have been served in a glass and not plastic for the price of drinks. Was everything I expected and more. Prior to staying I read a few negative reviews and I'd like to address them. First the room is on the smaller side, but it's New York and we did not spend much time in the room.
