Clean and comfy but no frills:) I didn't see an in room food service. Apparently there was one. The breakfast wasn't great for people with dietary restrictions and I didn't like the use of plates that were non recyclable. I liked the privacy and the capacity for a late check out. Room was clean and good air con and wifi.
Acogedor hotel y sobre todo limpio. -SI BIEN LA UBICACIÒN ES EXCELENTE, LA CUADRA ES MUY SUCIA. -ALGUNOS DE LOS EMPLEADOS(NO TODOS, PERSONAL DE LIMPIEZA SIEMPRE CON UNA SONRISA) SON MUY ANTIPÀTICOS, POR EJ. EL HOMBRE QUE GUARDA LAS MALETAS. -MUCHA ESPERA EN EL ASCENSOR, A VECES SÒLO FUNCIONABA UNO. -EXCESIVO AIRE ACONDICIONADO EN EL HALL DE ENTRADA. EL HOTEL ES MUY ACOGEDOR, LINDO Y CÓMODO. SIEMPRE LO ENCONTRÈ LIMPIO. EL DESAYUNO ESTÀ OK. LO JUSTO Y NECESARIO.

Muy buena opción en NY La señorita que atendía el traslado al aeropuerto bastante desorganizada. Nos presentamos a la hora indicada y nos dijo que esperemos que ella nos avisaba. Luego llamo a algunos pasajeros y otros quedamos esperando por lo que pensamos que la movilidad que había llegado era para el otro aeropuerto. Luego regreso y nos dijo con cara de pocos amigos que esa era la movilidad para el JFK y que nos apuremos. También vimos que hizo bajar de la movilidad a otros pasajeros... Se equivoco!!! Ideal place to stay. The breakfast is pretty good. Very glad for the hard boiled eggs. The breakfast fare could offer a bit more: mini croissants, mini muffins or mini danishes. I don't remember seeing juices but perhaps I just didn't see them. I can't imagine juice not being there. Also, maybe, a variety of teas would be nice. Otherwise it's a nice breakfast. Molto comodo e valido se usato solo per dormire! Stanza doppia non sufficientemente grande, moquette, colazione non all'altezza (almeno secondo i miei gusti) Ottima posizione, bella la terrazza-bar. Camere pulite .
Boa localização e ótimo custo-benefício. Minhas chaves não funcionavam. Por conta do bar no roothtop no final do dia ficava mais demorado pegar o elevador, mas nada que incomodasse muito. As acomodações são bem novas, apesar do quarto não ser tão grande. A cama king size é enorme e confortável. O café da manhã não é do nível dos encontrados no Brasil mas atendeu perfeitamente as minhas necessidades.
