Great location, good value for money hotel. Front bedrooms very noisey. Breakfast very busy sometimes no free tables. Aircon was fierce in the breakfast room. Great location. Within walking distance of so many great places to visit.

Third holiday in NYC . Would not return to this hotel. Concierge was incompetent . I asked him to confirm our transport from the hotel to the airport which we had paid in advance. He proceeded to book our transfer with a totally different company which cost us an extra 46 dollars and more importantly we were taken to JFK airport when our flight was leaving from Newark.Through this error we almost missed our flight. Nice hotel in a central location, near Macy's, Penn Station, Madison Square Garden and subway There are only two lifts and we were on 12th floor so spent a bit of time waiting on lifts - also, there is a rooftop bar which brings in extra customers who do not stay in hotel, which adds to this problem.
