November 29th-December 6th 2016 The rooms where really small Which is to be expected in the New York! One major thing we did not like was the music played at the roof top bar. It was very depressing and somber, nothing that you'd want to hear while having a good time. We asked the bar tinder if he wouldn't mind playing more upbeat music and he said that it wouldn't be a Problem that he could do that. Excellent stay Curtness of first desk person I encountered Mattress was wonderful
Good The room was very small and dark. Very little storage. On 2 mornings(Monday & Friday)there was no hot water for a shower. On Tuesday and Wednesday the water was turned off for a number of hours for maintenance....very inconvenient. Location was great. Reception area, the kitchen area and facilities, access to a computer and printer were all great.
Immer wieder gerne, Top Lage !!! Schade das man die Fenster zwar ein bisschen öffnen konnte, aber da wir ein Zimmer zum Hinterhof hatten, kam da die Abluft und nicht die "frische" Luft ins Zimmer. Dabei denke ich das die Zimmer zur Straße hin auch keine bessere Luft hatten. Die Lage ist absolut Top! In nur 5 minuten Fußweg hat man das Kaufhaus Macy´s erreicht. Super location, clean and efficient, price just right. The breakfast room needed to be cleaned and resupplied more often than it was. Often there were dirty tables and shortage of items in the breakfast bar. Skim milk was sour the first day. No wheat bread on the second day. Need a tv channel guide in the room. Room cleaning staff was pleasant and efficient. Location is superb. Room is clean and well supplied. Bed is a little soft, but I got used to it.
Perfect location. Perfect location near the subway station and the Empire State Building. Nice bed.
