Excellent trop attente ascenseur par rapport aux nombres de chambres et avec en plus les visiteurs pour le toit..... climatisation glaciale petit déjeuner ....attention aux taxes ....

I would stay there again... They could have put more chairs and bar stools otherwise it's all good. The staff are very helpful and the service is good. Having a bar in the the premises is added bonus and the view of the Empire State Building is awesome.

Satisfactory stay in great location. Vue bar disappointing, small, scruffy terrace crowded by 5 pm. Lifts were challenge, long waits , we took stairs, luckily on lower floor. This hotel lobby pleasant but stay felt more like hostel, possibly encouraged by breakfast environment. Rooms and corridors not unclean more worn.Staff pleasant, Left luggage facility helpful and secure. Air conditioning good and coffee supplied in room and free hot drink vending machine.
