Loved it The top floor has apparently a beautiful view. Because we arrived in late we were unable to view it. It would be amazing if they allowed people in late at night. It's the perfect location with restaurants and karaoke nearby. We took a nice quick walk to see Aladdin. I loved this place and plan on returning.
THE BEST HOTEL IN MANTTAN SO FAR PLUS IT HAVE SMOKING ROOMS ALOT OF HOTELS DON'T 5THUMBS UP THE BEDS ARE SO FLUFFY MY DAUGHTER SLEPT UNTIL 12:30PM DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE

Una sistemazione conveniente nel cuore di Manhattan. Difficoltà di accesso alla lobby con bagaglio pesante: tre gradini alti da un marciapiede stretto e nessun portiere pronto ad aiutare. Riscaldamento in camera con ventilatore rumorosissimo. Buona varietà per la colazione continentale. Conveniente il servizio di shuttle per l'aeroporto.
Super Lage Das Frühstück, die schwarzen Haare in unseren Handtüchern, das eiskalte Badezimmer während draußen noch zusätzlich der Schneesturm tobte. Die Preise in der Rooftopbar. Das Personal an der Rezeption. Kein "tschüss" bei der Verabschiedung, .. Das Bett !! Der problemlose WLAN Zugang, der Ausblick auf das Empire State Building beim Besuch der Rooftopbar.
Reclamo Solicito contacto para reclamar devolucion . pues hice la aclaracion antes de viajar y entrar al hotel que solo llegariamos (2) personas y que solo estariamos las 2 ultimas noches ( 4 ) personas. Y me cobraron todo.las 6 noche como si hubiesemos estado las 4 personas. Hice el reclamo en el hotel pero me dijeron que ellos no devolvian nada que me tocaba hablar con ustedes que debo hacer para que me realicen esta devolucion gracias josefina cantor bogota - colombia
