Very Good El desayuno era bastante escaso, sin variedad y hacía mucho frío. Los empleados del desayuno no eran muy amables. El servicio de concierge para el shuttle al aeropuerto, no muy fiable. Cogimos un shuttle privado que era más caro y llegó con retraso, pero llegó un minibus con más gente dentro. Reclamamos el dinero y la responsable se hacía la loca. Good Rooms are small but it's NY and space is always at a premium! So much to do in the City that you don't spend much time there, anyway. Ample breakfast with enough seating. Location is good with subway at the corner. Walking distance from Penn Station.

Good Value for Money About the only negative was the elevators are small and fairly slow, so occasionaly you have to wait in line to use the elevators. The location is great. Being right in midtown with an easy walk to everything.

MEMORABLE!!!!!! Realmente, no hubo nada que no me gusto, lo que se podría mejorar es la variedad en el desayuno. para darle un toque mas internacional. La habitación, es pequeña pero muy limpia, moderna y confortable, el baño impecable y los servicios y la atención de primer nivel. Lo mas novedoso , el bar en el rooftop del piso 14, con una vista única del Empire State.
