Great hotel in a good location for NYC. The room was a little small but otherwise very happy with this hotel and would definitely recommend staying here. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic always plenty of fresh food out. Hotel room was clean and had everything you'd need. Hotel in a great location with a cool roof top bar with a good view of the empire state building.

NYC @ Christmas! Staff at front desk was low, however they handled the long lines and issues very well. Only complaint & its really not a complaint at all. Loved the room. Clean, cozy, and exactly what you expect for a hotel in midtown NYC. We were on the inside of the hotel and we heard zero noise at night. Breakfast was offered but we never stayed.
