perfect stay in NYC Breakfast is a bit limited in choices location is perfect to visit NYC.
Recommended Tom on the front desk was lovely and helped me out a couple of times but everyone else we encountered seemed a bit surly. The concierge was the most unhelpful I've ever come across. The cleaning ladies were always smiling though. Room was small but comfortable, the only draw back was the fact that there was no natural light coming in through the window because of the proximity to other buildings. Excellent A concierge who seemed to sit and read her own emails and barely interacted with clients, and when she did, wasn't able to answer my question about weighing my bags - luckily the excellent front desk person and the luggage guy stepped in to help. Room always cleaned well Breakfast well stocked, if a little monotonous Roof Top Bar a great space Good Wifi Great Front Desk/Baggage/Cleaning/Bar staff
