Pleasant, clean, comfortable room The woman at the front desk when we first checked in was not exactly welcoming. She was quite abrupt and I could barely finish my sentences before she cut me off. All other staff members we encountered were very nice, though. The room size was great. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The room was clean. The price was very reasonable for Christmastime in NYC. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Ok The welcome from the staff after a long trip was rude. Location was ok. Did not think for the amount of money each night it was completely worth it. Took money from my card and held it for a few days after giving the deposit in cash and received back 2 1/2 weeks later. Breakfast really nice
