A good place to stay in the heart of Manhattan Over air-conditioned! A quiet hotel in a busy area

Very Good
My first time in New York Breakfast in a morning was not topped frequently enough there was always food missing. We missed having a fridge in the room so we could put drinks in etc. The bed was comfy the location was just right for time square and visiting other touristy sites. The hotel was nice and clean and up to date with decor. It was also good to have the option of the bar on the top floor if you wanted it.
Great trip to NYC
Suitable Hotel for my Needs I booked a Queen Room and the first room I got was slightly larger than the bed plus bathroom. As I was staying 4 days and needed a desk and chair, I requested a move which they did immediately. That room was not much bigger, but it is NYC. So a dislike that was promptly taken care of for me. Wonderful Solo hay dos ascensores para el hotel y el bar de la terraza, y suelen tardar bastante. El desayuno esta bien pero el aire acondicionado del comedor era exagerado. Cama comodisima, y la ubicación justo al lado del Empire State.

Very Good El desayuno era bastante escaso, sin variedad y hacía mucho frío. Los empleados del desayuno no eran muy amables. El servicio de concierge para el shuttle al aeropuerto, no muy fiable. Cogimos un shuttle privado que era más caro y llegó con retraso, pero llegó un minibus con más gente dentro. Reclamamos el dinero y la responsable se hacía la loca.
