Localização maravilhosa. Gostei de tudo, essa é a segunda vez que fico hospedada neste hotel, porém o café da manhã já foi melhor, mas nada que comprometa a qualidade do serviço.

Good O senhor que guarda as malas é mal educado e fica pedindo dinheiro a todo momento, me pediu o ticket do metrô, inconveniente. Acho que o hotel deveria ver isso urgentemente! O hotel é bem central e confortável na medida do possível, só poderia ter quartos maiores, mas, eu me hospedaria novamente lá com certeza!
Worth the money, basic but clean hotel! The actual street this hotel is located on was very crowded. Once we reached either 5th or 6th avenue it was a little better. Check-in went smooth and the staff was friendly. Loved the free wifi. The free breakfast option was a great amenity. The breakfast room was well kept and stocked. The lobby is very clean and updated. Great value hotel in a prime location Use of polystyrene plates and plastic cutlery at breakfast...really very bad on the environment. Use something which can be recycled instead! Central location, sufficient breakfast, comfortable beds/room, clean and well maintained
Recomendable Por decir algo, las ventanas de la habitación no podían abrirse y no había casi luz ya que daban a un patio interior. La ubicación el hotel es muy céntrica. La habitación y las instalaciones en general limpias y renovadas. Wifi gratis y con buena señal. Personal muy cercano y siempre disponible para ayudarte.
Pleasant L''atteggiamento scortese di due receptionists (Donna). Prezzo elevato , non adeguato allo standard della struttura . La posizione è davvero ottima, vicino a tutte le attrazioni principali e a due stazioni metro. Buona la pulizia e il comfort delle camere, abbastanza spaziose rispetto alla media newyorkese. Comodità di avere la colazione , anche se abbastanza limitata e ripetitiva
