Wonderful The elevator wait was a bit long. We really enjoyed how comfortable the beds were. The rooms were very clean a bit small, but comfortable. We really loved the location, we were able to walk to time square in a matter of minutes.

El mejor hotel para disfrutar Manhattan!!!!! La atención en el RoofTop, no fue la mejor aunque el lugar y la vista es espectacular. Todo, en especial la atención y preocupación de la Señora Nereida encargada del piso en donde estaba nuestro cuarto el 1116, super amable y siempre haciéndonos sentir como en casa. El Señor Raul a la entrada muy amable y siempre con muy buena onda y ayudando en todo.
