Habitación buena, trato pésimo. La mujer relativamente joven que recibe tiene un carácter pésimo; de entrada me trató muy, muy mal, aún no entiendo qué le causó tanta molestia en mí para que me tratara de esa manera. Luego al pagarle cambió de actitud completamente, pero dejó una pésima, paupérrima impresión. La habitación es muy cómoda, pero tenía un aire acondicionado muy viejo que sonaba muy fuerte, y vibraba mucho, no pude dormir con el aire prendido. Pros & Cons The room smelled like cigarette smoke and I even lit a candle but the smell wouldn't go away ! It lingered into my bookbag and made all of my clothes smell like cigarettes. If you want even an hour extra of late checkout, they will charge you. Nice comfortable bed, the room is clean, good amount of space, in a good area.
Good location A little on the pricey side when all taxes and charges included....Reception staff not very welcoming... The location was great for NY, very central for seeing all sites. Very clean and comfortable....
