Exceptional La ubicación la mejor.Excelente la cama y las almohadas, la habitación cómoda, el baño también. la habitación 706 un poco de ruido de un extractor vecino durante todo el día, que con sueño pesado y cansancio de recorrer lugares no hubo problemas, me la podrían haber cambiado pero no insistí, no hizo falta, tal vez con vidrios dobles antiruido la podrían mejorar.Gracias, el personal muy amable destaco a la Sra. Cristina.

Great location and cleaning by staff Elevators were slow. No microwave for customers. Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable. Cleaning staff was great and friendly.
El hotel muy bueno No tiene heladerita en la habitación. Hay un sólo ascensor y es un poco lento. Contratamos en el hotel un shuttle hacia al aeropuerto y el vehículo era una mugre, sin aire acondicionado, y el chofer manajaba mal y había un acompañante muy grosero, quien estuvo maldiciendo todo el camino hacia el aeropuerto. Realmente fue un viaje desagradable. El hotel debería reconsiderar a quiénes contrata para prestar esos servicios. Todo muy bien. Hay un Metro en la esquina. A 2 cuadras de Penn Station. Decent choice w/ clean room &good location My room was comfortable and clean, yet it smelled of cigarettes and there was no view to speak of (at least a desirable veiw). I would have preferred a room which didn't have the awful smell of cigarettes but I didn't specify a non smoking room. It was small too but that didn't bother me. I thought it was also quite expensive for the room.... Since I was only staying a night before I left to go home, I liked the location which is close to penn station...
