Exceptional Kahvaltı
Situació privilegiada però necessita millorar l'esmozar i el menjador. Soroll dels desaigües, pèssim esmorzar i aire condicionat extremadament alt. La situació de l'hotel és excel·lent, el personal és molt amable i diligent i els llits comodíssims.
Rude Concierge....stay far away!!!!! Rude concierge....did he think we wouldn't post this on booking???? The hotel is beautiful and comfortable. The staff...Very rude. The girl at the front desk does not know how to smile. The guy at the concierge was only helping the Spanish speaking guests. When we asked for a shuttle service to the airport, he said he can't book it and just walked away from us, ignored us on purpose. Avoid this hotel and go down the street to Renaissance Martinique. Great location but very average hotel The bed was far too soft. The airconditioning was really noisy. The room we got was very dark with only a small window in the corner. Breakfast was served in polystyrene - not very environmentally friendly. The lift took forever! Location was amazing. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean.

Definitely would return Sometimes the wait for the elevator is long. Oh well. Bed was super comfortable and for a free breakfast it was pretty good.
Exceptional No Location Convenience
Centralissimo! La camera un po' piccola per quattro persone ma capisco che lo spazio a Manhattan abbia un costo altissimo. L'addetto ai bagagli si è offerto di chiamarmi un taxi per l'aeroporto ma ha chiamato un privato invece che un taxi giallo. Quando ho protestato, ha chiesto all'autista di applicarsi la "tariffa ufficiale". Credo di aver pagato un po' più del dovuto. Posizione strepitosa, nel cuore di Manhattan, a due passi dall'Empire State Building.
