Such a mess in a payment!!! Always having troubles with the payment!!! They charge few times: first night plus a bit more (kinda deposit), then autorise your credit card, then charge again, autorise... Ugh! Such a mess! Please do it easier and more clear for your clients! Still have 3 authorization and 3 charges on my credit card!

Fine, but might get cheaper options for what is offered. The hotel seems to have 'don't open the windows' policy even in smoking rooms. And actually the view from the Windows is enough deterrent not to open them. It is still hard to understand though how you can smoke without opening a window. It was a clean hotel. Breakfast was kind of short of what it was promised, but fine.
