Great hotel which I would stay in again I can't think of anything I didn't like The location, subway at the end of the street, easily found and penn station not far, lots of restaurants and shops near by, the bed so comfy, the view of the empire state from the bar, light breakfast included, friendly staff, value for money
Excelente localização e um bom custo-benefício O café da manhã não tem nada para colocar no pão. A única opção de ovo é cozido. Como brasileiros, gostamos de ovo mexido e queijo. Apesar de pequeno, o quarto era confortável. A localização é excepcional, próximo a duas grandes estações de metrô (Penn Station e Herald Square)

Perfect stay for a busy city break in Manhattan! The hotel and room was lovely and clean! Check in and out was super quick and easy! Staff were lovely particularly the bellhop and housekeeping! The rooftop bar was great, the lady at the bar was super friendly and it has a great view of the Empire State Building! We felt very welcome all round! Also such a good location in Manhattan for us, easy to get around from the hotel and close to subway and all transport really! When we come back to nyc we're definetly staying here aga... read more

Wonderful Horário da limpeza dos quartos. O café é muito bom.Pessoal da portaria e concierge excelentes.
Very comfortable room, friendly staff, good location for a very reasonable price. The continental breakfast was average. Not a big deal to me; most mornings I went out. The bed was extremely comfortable!

I had a awesome time in New York thanks to the wonderful staff . There's nothing I didn't like The breakfast was amazing and the king size beds are like heaven . I enjoyed my self and I am looking foward to booking with them for another vacation.
