All the things you need in a NYC hotel...value, location, service Breakfast was minimal. The space is small so getting food/beverage was a little chaotic. Still a great perk. Super friendly staff at check-in/out. Bellman was very helpful with bags. Comfy bed. Great location.

Espectacular. volveríamos sin dudarlo. Quizá el ascensor ya que hay solo dos para tantos pisos, aunque para nosotros no fue inconveniente ya que estábamos en el quinto piso. Pero siempre hay mucha gente esperando. Todo... realmente el hotel es muy limpio y cumple con lo esperado. La ubicación espectacular . El personal muy amable y educado' dispuesto a entendernos ya que no manejamos muy bien el idioma.

Overall an enjoyable stay Elevator service. Always had to wait long. Would have taken stairs more but staying on 11 th floor there were too many. Breakfast had a nice variety and liked that coffee and water was available all day/night. Staff was very friendly.
