Location good but comes with noise. Damp smell in both bathroom and bedroom. Left fan on all day and wedged open bathroom door to clean the air. Breakfast the usual continental. Tasty donuts and bagels etc with very little fruit nor healthy products. Hated the thin plastic cutlery and polistyrene cups and plates. Not very 'green'. Beds very comfortable. Very noisy both inside and outside though so sleep very difficult.

Super Hotel für Manhattan Sightseeing :) nach langen Überlegen: Happy Hour Preise Roof-Top-Bar, Longdrinks und Bier 7 Dollar :( Frühstück für amerik. Verhältnisse super, Lage TOP !!!, Roof-Top-Bar mit Blick Empire State Building, sehr schöner angenehmer Aufenthalt, gerne wieder :)
Perfect place for A peace of mind Enjoyed everything about it. I missed breakfast and arrived too late to enjoy the roof top bar. I'd definitely love to stay there again. Everythinf.

I'll Stay Here Again in a Heartbeat The bed was a bit hard but nothing dramatic The staff was incredibly friendly and very professional, I really liked them

Fabulous staff, old fittings in some rooms. My first room on the top floor had a very unco-operative shower where the water took half an hour to run hot but only after flooding the entire bathroom as it could not be adjusted. The second room was great. The reception staff were outstanding. They responded to requests instantly and we're just generally super helpful.
