Pleasant The breakfast is lousy. You have to eat and drink from plastic cups and plates which is not usually in Europe. Really centrally located nearby the Empire State Bulding and the Times Square. Subway station easy reachable. Rooms are clean but very small, bathroom has a noisy ventilator.

Great NYC location Only two elevators so we had to wait a few times to get to our room. Location is fantastic. Macy's was having their Easter Garden display only 2 minutes away.

Pela segunda vez. A limpeza do quarto sempre tardia. Depois das 15 h. A politica de limpeza é prioritário para os quartos que estão vagando. O café da manhã é razoável. A cama muito boa. Sem problemas.

Great location, helpful staff, dated room decor but great shower The room was a bit dated and whenever someone ran a tap it sounded like an earthquake! The selection at breakfast is also very average. The location is brilliant, a 10 minute walk from Times Square and is right next door to the Empire State Building. Free Wi-Fi and hot powerful shower.

Good Las habitaciones necesitan mejorar su aislamiento, se oye mucho ruido del exterior. El desayuno podría mejorar, poca variedad. La ubiciación es excelente.

Satisfactoria El cuarto muy pequeño y era de fumador, olía mucho a cigarro y soy alérgico al cigarro. La calefacción en un inicio no funcionaba. La ubicación y la cama muy cómoda.
