Excellent!! Staff very polite and helpful. Location excellent, very close by to the main shops and attractions. Very nice continental breakfast. No complains at all. I highly recommend! Best of all, the price!!!

Fair Slowest elevator ever invente slowest elevator ever invented. Literally stood there for eight minutes waiting while it passed our floor twice. Finally ended up taking the stairs instead. This was not a one time event this is how the elevator runs daily.
Stay here and you won't regret it!! The view from the hotel room was only a brick wall. The location of the hotel was excellent, being only one block away from the Empire State Building. It wasn't too hard to find the hotel and the facilities were excellent. I recommend the VU bar on the 14th floor for a nightcap or two!
Comfortable, Friendly, Convenient Like many NYC hotels, the rooms are very small. There is no chair; the only place to sit is the bed. Friendly staff; clean, comfortable room; free breakfast; convenient location

Emplacement et prestations idéales pour découvrir Manhattan Un bémol à ce séjour: Chauffage/climatisation très bruyant Mieux vaut donc "préchauffer" la chambre et éteindre le chauffage pour pouvoir dormir sans être réveillé durant la nuit par la mise en route du chauffage/ climatisation sachant qu'en dépit d'un étage "élevé" nous avons compris pourquoi les voyageurs évoquaient le caractère bruyant ...
