Exceptional Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was really clean and comfortable. The location is great (near the subway/penn station), though it gets a little noisy at night.

Great location and staff. Free wi-fi wasn't good on upper floors (I was on 9) but awesome in the business center. Long waits for the elevator in the evening when lots of folks were headed to the roof top bar. Location was great for my purposes on this trip. Staff was helpful and friendly, especially the front desk folks, both on arrival and departure. Room was small but clean and well-arranged. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again!
A good place but-- I didn't like how my payment was handled. I find it confusing the manner the settlement of my bill was handled. Initially l was told that there was no pre-payment .However that was not so. The worst was that after settling my bill on departure l noticed that there was still another $250.00 pending on my debit card 3 days after l had left.
