Great place to end our vacation day, but still frustrating experience That I was charged for an extra night I didn’t want and the front staff had no clue about pay per view options in our room. Room was great even though the bed/pillows were a little firm

Pleasant Well to start off, they did not require masks to be in the public areas during a time of risk exposure to an epidemic that was accelerating. They had signs for proper distancing but masks were not an issue for them. Also the mattresses were rock hard firm. I understand buying a lasting product but at the expense of the customers comfort is not the way to go. The hotel was very clean and the location was great. Lovely atmosphere Variety of breakfast items are slim especially during COVID I always come back to this hotel to stay when in the area. Great view.

It was a great stay! Nothing Loved the view of water from balcony. Easy check in / convenient store to pick up drinks/ very clean and well kept. Staff polite and friendly.
