"Presidential Suite"?? I think $200 a night for the "Presidential Suite" is too high. There was nothing special about that room except that it was large and had a couch. I've stayed in the Omni Presidential Suite for $150 and had a fully furnished living room, dining room with wet bar, and 2 bathrooms. I was also told that was the only room available, and I have my doubts about that. Staff was nice, and I love the location.

Loud drunks in the hall and didn't give the loyalty points I was promised. Not a great experience. The breakfast was so so. The last night there was a loud scuffle with a drunk outside our room.When I called the desk to complain I was told they were trying to calm him down. It was upsetting and there should be security in that hotel to handle things like that. Also, I was told if I signed up for the loyalty program I would get 15k points, enough for a free room.
