"Presidential Suite"?? I think $200 a night for the "Presidential Suite" is too high. There was nothing special about that room except that it was large and had a couch. I've stayed in the Omni Presidential Suite for $150 and had a fully furnished living room, dining room with wet bar, and 2 bathrooms. I was also told that was the only room available, and I have my doubts about that. Staff was nice, and I love the location.

Loud drunks in the hall and didn't give the loyalty points I was promised. Not a great experience. The breakfast was so so. The last night there was a loud scuffle with a drunk outside our room.When I called the desk to complain I was told they were trying to calm him down. It was upsetting and there should be security in that hotel to handle things like that. Also, I was told if I signed up for the loyalty program I would get 15k points, enough for a free room. Great Place, will stay again The check in person, really just seemed to hate her job, I kinda expected friendly face she was very grim faced, never said thank you just sign here, here's your room keys. I mean she wasn't mean, just unfriendly, I believe and smiling and talking to people Very clean, nice location, great view and price, breakfast was amazing. The lady working breakfast was so friendly and smiled and was so nice, maybe promote her to front desk.
