Disappointing La Quinta Staff The staff at check-in were the worst I have ever encountered - even telling us that although we booked that hotel specifically for a balcony with lake view, the staff has been instructed to give all the Booking.com customers the bottom floors. So we had a great view of guest cars/trucks and a small view of the lake. We went to breakfast the first time at 8:15 and there were no seats; we went back at 9:30 and got the last small table. I am not happy Staff not friendly nor helpful. Housekeeping did not put enough towels in room bt gave us two more when asked said they were low on towels also no cups for coffee were in the room nor for water when i called the front desk she was rude insisting they were there 1she did bring some up later my granddaughter was sick coming back from pool threw up in hallway I called front desk she informed me she was alone and had no one to clean it up so my friend took towels down the hall and cleaned up mess later I went to d... read more
