The cost seemed a little high when I booked but it was worth tye money Clean, good location, rooms are big and every room has a view of the Colorado River The location was great and the staff was friendly.
Very nice stay with friendly staff. They failed to turn on the A/C in our room even though I did confirm timeframe of our check-in. So room was very uncomfortable and took a few hours to get room to comfortable temp in the 90+ degree weather. But once down to temp room was very comfortable for rest of stay. Nice view of lake/river from the balcony, room very nice with sitting area. Lobby area was very well kept.
Excellent place to stay in Marble Falls! The room was well apportioned, clean, and offered a great balcony and window view of the lake.

We caught this room at the last minute and we were pleasantly surprised with the location, view and a wonderful breakfas Nothing It was clean, beautiful location and a great breakfast included.
