Great place to end our vacation day, but still frustrating experience That I was charged for an extra night I didn’t want and the front staff had no clue about pay per view options in our room. Room was great even though the bed/pillows were a little firm

We are sorry that the front desk staff were unable to provide information regarding pay-per-view; unfortunately we do not have any at this time, however we will be installing a fiber network soon that will provide numerous additional movie channels. Pleasant Well to start off, they did not require masks to be in the public areas during a time of risk exposure to an epidemic that was accelerating. They had signs for proper distancing but masks were not an issue for them. Also the mattresses were rock hard firm. I understand buying a lasting product but at the expense of the customers comfort is not the way to go. The hotel was very clean and the location was great. I am in complete agreement with you that everyone should wear masks in public areas but unfortunately our governor has not mandated them and numerous people feel that we are infringing upon their rights.
