Exceptional service! The bathtub was so small and shallow, it was crazy! The tub was fit for only kids and small pets. The shower part was fine. The manager, Dustin, went above and beyond his normal responsibilities by personally delivering a renewed room key card to the third floor when my card was prematurely deactivated. That earned my personal 5 stars right there!
